For your information
The tenant members on the Green Vale Homes Board do not represent the tenants who elected them.
THEY DON'T WORK FOR YOU.
"HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT THE SO CALLED PARTNERSHIP"
If you didn't read the Spring edition of Vale at Home or look at the news section of the Green Vale website you will have missed it. They are planning a merger between Trans-Pennine (Green Vale & Pennine 2000) and the Prospect Group which includes Twin Valley Blackburn and Pendle Housing plus Chevin Wakefield. Green Vale & Pennine boards have agreed to this merger without any consultation with the tenants.
As Green Vale is an Industrial & Provident Society registered Community Housing Association the tenants should be able to vote on the proposal and not be steamrollered into something that they have no say in.
YOU VOTED FOR THE TRANSFER, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE YOUR SAY ON THIS
